The expert in material handling.
Silverstone combines one of Europe’s broadest ranges for light material handling with a growing programme of modern lithium forklifts – stocked for fast delivery.
We focus on robust products, high availability, transparent pricing and low costs after the purchase.
Silverstone AB · Ljungby, SwedenLow total cost of ownership and transparent pricing.
Silverstone wants to challenge a traditional forklift market where the cost after purchase is often difficult to assess. Our philosophy is simple: robust construction, high operational reliability and low operating and maintenance costs should provide safe and predictable ownership.
Ask us about both forklift prices and spare parts prices. For us, transparency is part of the offer – not something hidden in the aftermarket.
Focus on total cost of ownership, not only purchase price.
Clear pricing and straight answers throughout the entire deal.
From pallet trucks in 1995 to international material handling.
Silverstone was founded in 1995 in Ljungby by Claes Persson, who is still the owner today. The company started by importing pallet trucks from China and has since grown into an international player in material handling.
Today we have offices and warehouses in Ljungby and ship goods both to dealers and directly to end customers. Our material handling products are sold through dealers in more than 25 countries.

A group that today has a clearer focus on its core businesses.
Historically, the group has included several business areas, including material handling, furniture, bathroom products, lighting, properties, ATVs and motorcycles.
In recent years, Claes has chosen to focus more clearly on material handling through Silverstone AB and ATVs/motorcycles through ATV Sweden.
ATV Sweden and Silverstone Polska give the group broad international experience.
ATV Sweden was founded in 2002 by Claes and has grown very quickly. The business is now also active in Poland, Norway, Denmark and Finland. The company represents several brands, with CFMOTO being the largest.
ATV Sweden is today the market leader in Sweden and Poland within its segment and works with more than 300 dealers.
Silverstone Polska was established in 2006. In Poland, we have both office and warehouse facilities for the Polish market.
Shared experience
Building strong dealer networks and managing imports, warehouses, spare parts and brands internationally is experience that also strengthens Silverstone’s material handling business.
The same core principles apply regardless of product area: availability, clarity and long-term thinking.
14,000 m² of warehouse space enables high availability and fast deliveries.
5,000 m² in central Ljungby
This is where the head office and a central warehouse are located, closely connected to day-to-day operations.
6,000 m² along the E4 motorway
The warehouse was built in 2008 on the outskirts of Ljungby and provides excellent logistics conditions.
3,000 m² new warehouse in 2024
The new warehouse was built adjacent to the existing central warehouse in Ljungby.
The total warehouse area enables efficient logistics, high product availability and fast deliveries of both machines and spare parts.
When the product is already in stock, the path from quotation to delivery is much faster – and the customer avoids unnecessary waiting times.

One of the world’s largest forklift manufacturers – with long industrial experience.
HELI was founded in 1958 in Hefei, China, and has been China’s largest forklift manufacturer since 1991. Step by step, the company has built a global organisation, a European presence and strategic collaborations.
HELI + Silverstone
HELI contributes product breadth, development resources and global scale. Silverstone adds local stock, product knowledge, support, clear pricing and a faster route to delivery.
Global scale combined with continued expansion in Europe.
For Silverstone’s customers, HELI’s scale means access to a very broad product platform – while Silverstone’s stock strategy makes selected models quickly available in the Nordic market.

Better working environment and easier maintenance.
With lithium-powered counterbalance forklifts, you avoid local exhaust fumes and diesel particles. This gives a cleaner working environment and better air quality – especially in warehouses, production facilities and other indoor environments where staff work every day.
Local exhaust emissions from the forklift during operation.
Wear parts and service points than on combustion engines.
Maintenance needs over time.
Working environment in warehouses and production.
The exact difference in number of moving parts varies between forklift types and designs. The key point is that an electric driveline is mechanically much simpler than an internal combustion driveline.
Lithium technology reduces costs in several ways.
You avoid the fuel costs of diesel and gas and get a battery system that requires significantly less ongoing maintenance than traditional lead-acid batteries.
Purchase price is only part of the calculation. Energy, maintenance, spare parts, uptime and battery life all affect the cost over the forklift’s lifetime.
Longer cycle life can be achieved compared with lead-acid when used correctly.
Higher energy efficiency can be achieved compared with traditional lead-acid batteries.
Short charging time and opportunity charging increase availability.
Lithium batteries are maintenance-free in daily battery care: no water refilling, no acid checks and no battery gassing in the same way as open lead-acid batteries.
More time in operation
The major practical benefit is flexibility. Instead of planning the entire workday around one long charging cycle, charging can be spread across breaks and natural stops.
Lithium iron phosphate (LFP) – high thermal stability and long service life.
All our counterbalance forklifts use lithium iron phosphate batteries. LFP is a lithium chemistry known for high thermal stability, long cycle life and a lower risk of thermal runaway than several other common lithium chemistries.
LFP is safer than many other lithium chemistries, but no lithium battery is completely risk-free. The battery must always be used and charged according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Lithium iron phosphate throughout the counterbalance forklift programme.
Chemistry with high thermal stability.
Safety across the whole system
Battery chemistry, BMS, charger, temperature monitoring and correct installation work together. It is the complete system – not only the cell chemistry – that determines battery safety.
Why LFP is also an attractive option from a sustainability perspective.
LFP batteries contain neither cobalt nor nickel in the cathode material. This reduces dependence on some of the raw materials often associated with high environmental impact, ethical challenges and volatile pricing.
When the same battery can be used for more cycles, the need to produce and transport replacement batteries as often is reduced.
A chassis built around the lithium battery gives the driver more space.
Our modern lithium forklifts are developed with chassis designed around the lithium battery from the start – instead of simply replacing a traditional lead-acid battery in an older chassis.

Every case is registered – so we can solve problems faster and learn from them.
All service and claims cases are registered in a claims database. This creates structure and traceability and makes it easier both to help the customer and to provide feedback to the manufacturer.
Full history per product
Previous cases and actions can be followed over time.
The right information from the start
All necessary information is collected directly when the case is registered.
Fast feedback
Structured documentation makes it easier to give the customer a quick response.
Feedback to the manufacturer
Recurring faults can be identified and escalated so the root cause can be eliminated.
Systematic claims handling is not just administration – it is a tool for better support and higher quality over time.
All cases are collected on the same product.
Documentation that can be used for improvements.
Easier to buy. Easier to own. Easier to get support.
With a large dealer network, short lead times and a focus on customer service, we aim to create long-term solutions that make your operation more efficient.
Forklift, spare parts, operation or total cost of ownership – we want the customer to be able to compare properly.
